WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge

The photo challenge this week revolves around Arranged. Just because of how I process and make correlations between words and ideas, I like to look up definitions, even for well-known and understood words. Here are some photos using just a few of the different aspects of Arranged.

  • To put into a proper, systematic, or decorative order

I arranged our Adirondack chairs to face the creek
(the snow was an early surprise).

I loved Ireland. All the homes and businesses had flowers arranged in window boxes, pots and planters.

  • To make plans or preparations in advance (for something)

For my youngest son’s Christmas gift a few years ago, I arranged a race car
package for him. He got to drive a very fast Ferrari several times around the track.

Our oldest son arranged a surprise engagement for his girlfriend (we had them recreate the moment for a photo).

The homepage image is a vineyard from the Napa Valley in California.

    Fantastic take on the weekly theme! The quaint little pub in Ireland looks like a wonderful place to rest awhile. And the opportunity for your son to drive a Ferrari – how cool! The recreation of popping the question made me smile.

      I know there were times raising three sons when I would have questioned your comment LOL. God is good and He helped us raise them. They are three of the most amazing young men I know, all totally different and unique but I wouldn’t trade them for the world. Thanks for the encouragement.

    I love your photos! What a treat to see such a variety of the theme Arrange! Love the engagement photo, the Adirondack chairs, the race car package (what a cool present!), and the home in Ireland. I love window boxes and balconies hanging with flowers. And the red trim is frosting on the cake! When I went to Europe that’s what I took photos of!
